Dr. Loren Bush received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England. He has worked with a wide range of clients across the developmental life span in a variety of clinical settings. These include; university counselling centers, community mental health facilities for children and families, outpatient hospital settings, and private practices.
Dr. Bush has worked with children, families, adolescents and adults presenting with a multitude of clinical issues. These include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, developmental disorders, learning challenges, executive functioning (ADHD), self-esteem/confidence issues and relationship concerns. He provides psychological assessment, individual, and family therapy in the private sector.
In addition, Dr. Bush has a professional interest in Sport and Performance Psychology, where he
enjoys working with individuals in efforts to enhance personal performance by fostering the mental
skills necessary for optimal success.
Dr. Bush values the collaborative nature of therapy and utilizes a wide range of treatment
approaches to best meet the needs of each client. These approaches included, but are not limited to;
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused
Therapy.
